Wow! Neither the Shark nor the KeyShot are able to convert displacement to mesh. ;) How you create it?

OK :)) I already did something like this with Maya. 3D-Coat work great with imported surfaces. In your case, the relief is not deep. Therefore, I see no reason to change the geometry. Although it looks great.

the rendering and light is much more realistic and expressive with a model carved 3D relief.
