Not sure how to navigate this one yet. I need to cut that pattern of holes out from my part...on both sides! Uh-Oh!!!

if you need through holes, just subtract the pin grid array from your base material. if you need blind holes on each side, create pin grid arrays on two separate layers at the depth of the blind holes and extrude a convenient distance; then subtract the pin grid arrays as above........... not eloquent, but functional.
