Hi all, is there an option or possibility to import a 3Ds file and export it to FACT with preserving the original hierarchy? In the concepts explorer the structure seems to be ok except the sublayers, but I couldn't find a solution to preserve the hierarchy also in a FACT file or any other. Many thanks for helping Frank

Hi Tim,
the layer, sublayer structure shows up in Concept Explorer, but is not preserved by exporting into FACT file format.
This would be extremely helpful for mechanical visualisation with thousands of parts which are stored in different layers.
Best regards
Frank
