The following programs have problems with the starting of a new UI after some works with Shark CAD:

Excel, Beyond Compare and MultiCommander. Maybe there are more programs, but i found at time only this three.

Hello, i use Windows 10 64 bit 1703, and in 1607 was the problem maybe a little bit bigger.
