cannot import stp files - 2016 Mac book Pro Viacad v10

I bought a new v10 edition with the power pack and have installed this on my new MacBook Pro computer. Unfortunately, none of my files can be imported, I receive an error message:- "The import/export failed with error:File save error. Would you like to see the detailed log file I have pasted the log file for you. For ref, all of these files open in V8 and V9 of which is still installed on another machine. Also, in your sample files, even your own stp files cannot be opened.
