SharkFX PC Win 10 Build 1221, simple hole works well on 1 side,
but not the other side.
Strange that it shows up in 'Concept Explorer'.

I deleted the feature and redid it with no issue, no anomaly.

I still can't put a hole on both sides, would it be possible for you to post
your file? Are you using Build 1221?

I was using 1217, so I downloaded and installed 1221, and got the same as you, Larry. Then I opened the file that I'd modified in 1217, it had holes both sides. I suppressed the last hole then unsuppressed it and it didn't reappear. Quirky!
