On the attachment I am trying to modify the top horizontal face of the solid (it's the face with the blue inspector area sticking out). I would like to make the face slightly convex with a slight x and y roll to it. May .10 to .20 inches. I am using Via Cad 2D 3D V8 on a PC. Any suggestions. Thanks.

You are looking for a beading like this ?
It's a half pipe following a copy of your shape.
A better way would be to pull up the contour and then hollow it with your values. If the bottom is then lying to deep, you can pull up it separately a bit.
Wether this runs on your version I don't now. I use V 9 Pro

You want to change the shape of the top surface, so you should use remove face to take off the edge blend fillets around it, since they won't have continuity with the new surface's shape. Hold shift while you select them together. You haven't given a specification for the curved surface, so I used an arbitrary conic curve and lathed it to make a solid that envelopes the original part, then intersected the two. Then reapply the blend to the edge.
