attempting to create a 3D surface from a close curve made from jointing two splines & an arc and a third spline. after selecting both curves I'm getting an ACIS error message that says "wires must either be all closed or all open". any thoughts on what it means and how to avoid it would be greatly appreciated !! the attached image shows the reasonably simple nature of the geometry I'm attempting to learn with.............

Hi Art

I think one of the sections is closed and the other is not. Typically for a skin surface your sections will be all closed or all open. If you post the file I can check further.
