I'm a novice at SubD modelling, so I've been practising with Shark's tools. Although I'm a very infrequent user, I've used a couple of other SubD apps, and Shark falls a little short of them because it lacks (or it doesn't, and I haven't found the ways to invoke them?) editing contexts for edges and vertices as well as faces. Vertex and edge contexts are available for meshes and other objects in both Shark and VC, why not for SubD?

Hi Murray
Yes we need to add more/better tools for editing mesh vertices/edges/faces. I recently added some early development tools in FX when you right click a mesh that include:
Select Edge Chain
Select Facet Loop
Select All Facets in Plane
These are still early in development but available for you to explore and provide some initial feedback.
