the minus tolerance for the plus-minus tolerance in metric dimensioning can't be manipulate to show a true nil value which is "0" with (nothing) before or after it.
-0. and 0. are technically zero, but assumptions have to be made. isn't true nil expressed with a single "0" in metric tolerance dimensioning?
