I purchased Shark Fx because of the user interface, and I needed 3d software with animation capabilities. The problem is Shark seems to have an animation bug / quick time bug that most of the time on MY SYSTEM (new Dell percision work station) I get nothing but errors and other problems when trying to render animation.

Punch support says this bug does not effect every installlation. Well, that's great for the users that are not experiencing bug, but this is little consolation for us. We have hundred of hours that need animating but we have this sofware that errors or just stops in the middle of the animation process.

Is anyone else having animation problems? I have installed Shark FX on three different PC OS and ALL three have the same problems. Please has anyone having the same problems or found a fix?

Ok here is a zip file with a file set to animate and a doc with an explanation.
Thanks for your time!

Oops... 7v_animation.zip is if you have Shark FX version 7, not sure if 7 will open 8
I've only own version 8.

Also I created a "how to animate in Shark" doc

THANKS...

can you post a portion of the file? I'll be glad to run an animation to see if it gets stuck.
