Okay thats odd because now they're mysteriously working again? This has happened before. One minute my custom shortcuts are working, the next minute they are not. I restarted Shark and the problem stays. Then I post a msg on this forum and go right back to work and lo and behold it works? Kinda wonky if you ask me. Anyone else have this problem ever?

yeah it was pretty scary considering I have a ton of shortcuts.. and would hate to have to put them all back manually. still, excellent program.. rather small price to pay for it occasionally.
