I just recently upgraded from a version 5 at home and a version 6 at work to Shark Lt. I like the new program but occasionally when i open a file from an older version with shark it tells me i am unable to save the data. Sometimes it will save it when it says this other times it won't. I lost a an hours work this morning. Any ideas?

Can it save to ANY format, or NO formats? Can it export to any format and reimport? Is it possible to save to older versions? How about uninstalling and reinstalling? Or, does the upgrade have a valid registration code?

Is it possible the permissions changed on the file or the folder?

I have not tried in other formats. I have tried importing the old file. I have not tried reinstalling. I have not unistalled my version 5 maybe that is creating the problem. I did not want to get rid of it until i was able to save a file but that might be creating the problem. And yes the registration is valid.

:-). Sometimes, if not often, app issues are of permopissions, or installation issues. It is easy tipo forget that. I may consider reinstalling Shark LT on account of that.
