Here are a few suggestions mostly related to 2d tool improvements, no particular order of importance except for 1 and 2 which I label as essential.
Please everyone jump in and comment on these items.:)


1. External References /// redefinable Blocks to help reduce file size ->>> 2d a must for Arch dwg, plan layouts ,2d schematics, etc. ->>>> and for 3d would be superb addition to help battle file size of assemblies.

2. Better dwg/dxf interoperability esp. on tolerance, radius and diameter dimensions and on text formatting. Dimensions inside draw views from paper space imports instead of being disconnected.

3.Selection filters for eyedropper updated with options boxes for line scale, line type, font, font height, dim style, dim type, leading/trailing , tolerances, units, etc

4. Options for preserve annotation sizes like line weight , linescale, dimensions, text.

5. Screen horizontal option for all dimension text so auxiliary views can be dimensioned better

6. User created work planes assignable to shortcut keys.

7. Customizable points (shapes and sizes options) can only change after creating.

8. Add 2 length chamfer option to 2d chamfer like 3d has.

9. Display current lineweight in drop down like the text height is now displayed.

10. Add linetype to selection mask filters

11. Clean up dimensions items like angular dim display, fractional dimensions multiline dimensions, etc.

12. Center dimension would be better to control by physical size vs overlap or allow a negative overlap value.

13. A way to control the properties of all selected draw views instead of having to do one at a time after they are created.

14. Draw views control over text label on /off font and size.

15. Higher resolution jpg/bmp exports or an option to do so in export window. Using 2d objects for schematics and documents resolution is too low on exports.
