Unexpected PrecisionPoint behavior (#4187)

I noticed some unexpected behavior while using PrecisionPoint:Relative:Relative Polar. 1. Starting at the origin, draw a line (L1) along the positive x-axis of arbitrary length. 2. Start the next line at the end of the line L1. Enter a negative angle (-A) in the Polar Angle box. Distance is arbitrary. 3. Specify P1 as the start of L1 and P2 as the end of L1. Hit Enter to create L2. This seems to work as expected (L2 is created with angle -A relative to L1). 4. Now, repeat steps 1-3 with L2 as the reference. For me, this creates a line, L3, that is parallel with L1. I would have expect L3 to have an angle of -A relative to L2. Am I doing something wrong or misunderstanding the functionality in this case?
