The only way currently is to go to view> shade options, this allows you only to set dynamic shade to be either wireframe or shaded.
Pick one and you are stuck with it until you go back to view> shade options again.

Can this be added to a future release so that I can flip between dynamic wireframe & dynamic shaded mode, quickly with shortcut keys when rotating my model. :)
