Hello Tim,

When I use the Tape Measure tool it leaves on screen the last measurement until the next measurement is started or a new tool is selected. This is good.

When I use this tool, I am often trying to get a number of dimensions, or comparing one dim to another. It would be good to have the option to leave all the measurements taken with the tool on screen until a new tool is selected.

Maybe hitting escape a second time while in the tool could clear all displayed dims off of the screen (escape once cancels current measurement).

The option for tool to continue to work as is would remain.

Yeah, if my short term memory were better I would not need this...

Thanks,

Gary

Or, how about somethign akin to an adding machine paper tape/strip. It could list the curve or geometry or object measured (length/angle/mass props).

Alternatively, one could in rapid succession simply click on the edges or curves of interest and have them list on the virtual paper, and they could be copied & pasted or "saved as"... Or, just put on a "working BOM" type element...
