Ordered Shark FXv8 upgrade on the telephone this afternoon and downloaded the software, installed it but cannot register due to lack of serial number.

Called Customer Service, sent me to Tech Support; Called Tech Support, robot recording told me to leave a voice mail. Sent email to Tech Support.

Credit Card debited; Shark FX not functional; Disappointment.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Graham I think there is only one guy doing tech support. Once he went on vacation and no one could get a hold of him.

Believe me I've been through something very similar before with these guys. They will return your call even if it is a couple of days.

Thanks for the support, Mister Rogers.

Can understand reduced resources, and agree it can be frustrating. However good news is someone, maybe the only one, was kind enough Friday afternoon to send me the information I needed. Problem solved.

Sent two emails, no replies. Called 1-800 number, told again to leave a message? Really? That seems pretty silly for a software company as sizable as this.

"A chain is only as strong as the weakest link" comes to mind.

How did you contact Todd? I've had the same problem and there's been no response to my tickets and the IVR doesn't even LET me leave a voicemail. I'm at the point where I've sent Tim an email directly, but I have no idea how long it'll take him to reply (and I know he's trying to get SP1 out for us).
