why cant viacad or sharkdad constrain two small arcs ... yes they will do two semi circles but nothing smaller watch first 2 minutes of this youtube to see how they can do it in a program called onshape but i cant do same with via cad programs https://www.youtube.com/...v=Hnu3ib9AaQs&t=134s you would think should be able to constrain any shapes/lines ??

You can add a concentric constraint to an arc or circle. See video link below:

The concentric constraint requires a curve with a radius and center point so it will only work with an arc or circle.

If you have an arc and circle that won't concentric constrain, please provide the file such that I can look at in the debugger.

Are you using a conic? You cannot do a concentric constraint with a conic.

It must be an arc or circle using a radius and center point definition.
