I've tried multiple times to reset my password and never receive a reset link. I've checked all my folders, spam, ect and just don't receive it. I had to set up a new account and email just to get a message out to someone. I couldn't find a forum support link.

If someone can help, I need to reset the password for user id: mcaliebe

Hi mcallebe,
I had the same problem a half year ago.....an email to Encore support solved it - they could reset my password.
