I was trying to submit a support ticket but the password that I have would not allow me to login. I have 2 passwords, one for my ViaCAD purchases, and another one for the this user Forum. Neither of these worked.

I clicked on "Reset Password" and got a message saying that reset instructions have been sent to me. But the reset instructions NEVER arrived. I sent another email using "Contact Us" no reply to that either.

I'm trying to create a password so I can submit a support ticket.  I also tried to create a new account, but the system told me that my email was already taken, (yes, by me).

Anything else I can try so that I can submit a support ticket?

There was some confusion.

The top of the page has a place where you can login. But I have been advised the login is broken, and moreover is not even required. I was having multiple problems with ViaCAD V12. In a nutshell, I have learned that V12 is NOT compatible with Mac OS 13. I purchased version 14, and so far, it is working well with Mac OS 13.4.

It would've been nice to receive an email telling users that Mac OS 13 breaks ViaCAD version 12.
