I like Sharkcad with many solid and surface features but cant figure out how to make submitted surface intake example ( see submitted picture )
I know how to project curved onto surface,and then split it, but cant figure the right way to modify the control points and then skin together.
Your kind help would be appreciated - thank you.

I would do this with solids, make a solid with a curved face, subtract the geometry that makes the intake and convert the result to surfaces, remove unwanted geometry and stitch the rest. Hope it makes sense.

Like Claus I would use solids and subtract.
