have anybody heard of dates for V12 release or timeframe?

It's out, but I don't think I am willing to pay $300 for an "upgrade". I am probably near $1500-$2000 in upgrades already, and have not really gained any new features along the way. Will likely stop on v11 unless some super deal for upgrade comes along (like $99), or I find a VC replacement.
