Does anyone else get it when using Phong in a drawing view it doesn't have a see through back ground. So if it over laps anything else it blanks it out!

It works fine with Windows 10 for me. Did you check transparent view in the properties box? Sam

Same thing here.
It’s looking ok on screen but opaque on print to pdf.
It is a very old bug : had been solved a few years ago but came back with an update...
