You obviously don't expect any better? But we do!

What's wrong with wanting 'the best', and nothing less than 'the best'?? :)

Hello,

It been a while lol.

onto the question:-

Why a case of one or the other? There can be arguments/discussion of how one may have benefits over the other. MOI was created to be as simple as possible to use, but with that comes limitations and some problems.
For my own line of work, MOI is too limited and problematic, so between the 2, I would always choose Viacad. But of course, that is based on my own needs and expected output.

With you already having MOI, and the price point of Viacad is really quite good, why not have/work with both?

totaly agree on this Tim, I was playing a little bit with this on OSX beta, still not understand the logic flow, but the samples on their forum show a very interesting possibilities of this tool.

Regarding Moi, i been testing this beta and looks very promising for modeling, and i must say that the logic on the menu tools is awesome, very few tools with a wide range of possibilities (one tool edit kind for all kind objects, filleting, shelling, chamfer, cutting, joining, instead a bunch o specific tool for curves, surfaces or solids that do the same routine), also, the sweep an loft tool works great for surface modeling, i think it will be a very good companion to Punch Shark/viacad, Just as Steve say, why not working with both?
