Anytime I make changes in the 3d drawing, only one or two changes are made in the sheet view, but not all. The regenerate command says it's up to date, but it's not. Anything I should know? This is with ViaCAD Pro 8. Jim Eddy

Try using the move command and move all the solids from 0,0,0 to 0,0,0, and then regenerate, this works for me with SharkFX.

Another way to force a regen of a draw view is to right click on it Concept Explorer and select the "Force Resolve Links" option. Tim

Thanks for the suggestions. I can't get either suggestion to work for me. I tried selecting all objects, then using the translate tool (is that what was meant by a "move" command?) to move them away then back. Clicked on the regenerate tool. "All draw views are up to date." But they aren't. Right clicking (control click on a Mac) on the layer in concept explorer brings up a submenu, but there's no "Force Resolve Links" there. Just some commands to move the layer up or down, rename it, etc. What am I missing?

the only way i have this working is the next steps: - Select the viewport - right click and select properties or click on popup menu on the upper-left corner to access properties windows - check the "regen manually" option and click ok - Open the the properties window again and uncheck "regen manually" option and click ok again this should regen the view port, detail or section view add at this steps, I also click on Regen view icon tool again to ensure all its don fine My comment is that shouldn't be necessary to do all this steps, cause the regen tool should work, well, as should, but meanwhile this is corrected, this steps is the workaround that actually works Luis G.

Yes Luis, I do as you do.
It should be easier to regen and also easier to block regen of all views...

You have to select the Features tab in the Concept Explorer, not the Layers tab. Then right click on the part.
