the manual says that dymanic rotate has predefined mouse operation of "control/apple left button" (p. 33) but I can't get it to work. whenever I press control/apple it goes into the in-stream zoom mode. the space bar for pan and the wheel for zoom both work fine. I'm using a Quad PPC G5, also a Kensington mouse. bw

I'm not having any luck on the dynamic rotate also......using a wacom tablet and mouse and holding down the scroll wheel does nothing.

I had the same problem, I just assigned the "o" key to DynRotate, to match the same key shortcut in EI and EIM

Are you sure that the middle button is assigned as a middle click? My Logitech mouse lets me assign the middle button to multiple functions (even changes them per application if I'd like).

I have a one button apple mouse. I've assigned the O key like EIM but it isn't handy since it sticks to that command. Is there a workaround for this? Thanks Randy

>>the manual says that dymanic rotate has predefined mouse operation of "control/apple left button" (p. 33) I've sent a request to have the documentation corrected. Control/apple left button emulates the right button on mac. >>the space bar for pan and the wheel for zoom both work fine. The wheel button (also the middle button) will zoom up/down at the cursor location when rolled forward/backward. When pressed and held, it will rotate the view. This is my primary means for rotating the view (I have the Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical). Today I added Shift/Left button for users with a one button mouse as a means to dynamically rotate the view. This change will be in the next service pack release. FYI, hitting Shift/Arrow will rotate the view in current versions by a stepped angle.

The shift arrow rotation works great, can't wait for the next build with the shift click to rotate. This is such an impressive application. Also thanks for the Electric Image fac export. Randy

I still have problems with spacebar Pan on a 17" MacBook Pro. There are times when it just decides to work. And then, just as quickly doesn't work again. Its very frustrating. Patrick
