Hi,
I had two files opened at the same time.
After some time and playing with other softs, I saved the first file and closed it - OK
When the second file appeared on the screen, all the CU menus had gone except "file".

Same as if there was no file open.
----> Impossible to save or even to close.
See on the screenshot attached.

Quit is the only way out.
I'm lucky I didn't do too much work on that one...

Have a similar problem here under OSX 10.4.8 on MacPro.
Safari will highjack my CU-menue-bar and the keyboard when switching to it.
Only way to get back control is klicking on the CU icon in the dock. Klicking on a CU-window wont do it.
