Hi,

I have a problem with 2D Model to Sheet. When I have 3D model and create in Shark Precise Curves I cannot get ARCs "lines". Model to Sheet create Splines.
Problem is because I cannot after that find Radial dimension or Angular dimension.

Do you find some solution for this problem?

Checking 'simplify curves' in viewport properties might do what you want.

Try 'flatten view'.

Thanks for interest.

I have attached IGES file in 3D. And I wish to create Model to Sheet and check Angle Dimension. But I get spliens. Propably there is no way to do this in easy way.

But Do you know if this is tool or somone create macro which able to check angle directly from 3D model?

Angle is dependent on point of view, guessing angle off a section in model2sheet? covert spline to arc (coolest tool in vc), or model to sheet with lines. vcp lacks precise, so this is default for me. Pull angle dim like normal, for radial dimensions draw 3 point arcs.
in example I pulled 2, one overall, one for upper half.

Thanks,

Yes with added additionals lines, arc, it is possible to measure.

I also saw in one software direclty measurement from 3D model. Sometimes you open file and just want in the fastest way to see demension., angles etc.
