Hey jdi000, when I tried to open your file, I got a message saying the file was damaged and that it would not be opened. Currently, I have ViaCAD V5. Is this file from a newer version and will ViaCAD files not open in older versions?

Hi, mlochala
The file was created in Version 6. Here is version 5 file. You can export any version out so older versions can open files if you need to.

Is the height the same, but the profile different on what you want to match? It may work to do the following Combine two pieces of molding into one part (two solid bodies) Remove the end face on both (use shift because it must be done simultaneously) The resulting stitched up solid is then split where the two meet. However, if the profile is different, I don't think a flat plane will work. Edit: I tried this and it doesn't work. However, if I put down a block primitive (keep a duplicate for later) for both pieces of molding, merge it with the two pieces of molding into one solid part, I can then remove some faces (the end of each piece of molding, and two faces on the block). The stitching will then work, and I can then remove the block primive by subtracting the duplicate.
