Hello Tim,

It would be helpful if you could choose what 2D projection view the 2D/3D toggle defaulted to. Often front or side is of more value than top.

Perhaps a preference to set the default projection and add to the right click on 2D/3D toggle the top/front/side options for altering the current file setting.

Gonna have to second that. Because, unless i'm detailing a window-console whose back panels are just as complex as the front, I typically require front and end view more than anything.

Can you not change the orientation of the part in the drawing window? Highlight one of your views and a boundary box will appear. In the top left of that box is another box. Click on that and further options appear- like changing part orientation.
