Hello,

i start to look for an otherwise CAD Programm.
I'm using punchCad since ViaCad 5.
I love this software.
But in the moment I will not buy the update from SharkCad 16, what I'm using now.
Mac Os 28 will come sooner or later and here is no information, if punchCad will or can offer a version for running on apple 28.

So I keep at least one Computer on the System now.
Only for SharkCad . it is funny or makes no sense?

How do you think about?
Have you any idea, how to handle this?
best wishes

Andreas

That's what I do, but it's a pain in the neck for my workflow.

I have been using Autodesk Fusion more lately. Actually motivated by the render module which is not too bad with texturing. I set up a quick render and feed the result to Gemini or Chatgpt for realism. I also found that using Fusion in direct modeling mode I can use it more like Shark, easier to copy paste between files. The sketching is a pain but it’s actually the timeline that ruins my workflow. I have been subscribing for a long time and my price is locked in at 310 dollars per year so it’s a keeper.
