You know that you always get the
Dynamic Rotate tool in Stream when you press Alt and the right mouse button or the middle mouse button? You can also change the
Dynamic Rotate midpoint in Stream while using another tool with Alt + right mouse button and Ctrl + click at the new midpoint. For snaps enabled, use the
Measure tool or select the item before changing the midpoint. Sometimes, to fully exit the in-Stream
Dynamic Rotate after changing the midpoint, you need to press Ctrl again to exit and enable changing the view with customized buttons again.
