Hi all,
1) The support of 24/7 means only support at 24 Juli, hopefully this year
2) Did anyone try to use constraints?
regards, Theo

What's interesting is that a Mr. Todd Quinlan gave a good answer when it came to the extension from version 10 to 15 at the email address given on the website, daily. Now that the problem has existed, there has been no response to emails and questions. well, it sucks

Your settings are not being saved correctly, making it pointless to continue working. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the software, ensuring that the permissions are set correctly. It is possible that your security settings are too high for the software. Alternatively, you can try running the software with administrator rights to allow it to save the settings.
Which build do you using?

I have opened your VC3 files, and they are displayed 25.4 times larger on my system. When will the imperial system finally be banned by law worldwide? It drives me crazy too!

Ich habe dei DXF mal richtig exportiert. Im Export Import Dialog kann man die Einheit auswählen. Lol, I opened it in TurboCAD, and it was 25.4 times bigger. I need to do more testing myself. When I open it in SharkCAD 15 using the Open function, it also appears 25.4 times bigger, but when I import it using the Import function, it has the correct size.

When I open your file Laserplatten Marmorieren.vc3, the units sometimes switch to imperial. This is a really bad bug, and I think I now have the same problem. However, I don't have this issue with new files that were created in millimeters.

So, I opened your file in millimeters (you need to have another file in mm open first to prevent the program from switching the units to imperial). Then, I scaled it down to the correct size. It should now work for laser cutting. And I exported the other file correctly.

In the file Abdeckungen Küche Abzug.dxf, there is a problematic design element: 'Rounded Rectangle'. This is problematic for laser cutting and is exported as a polyline into the DXF file. I have converted it into lines and arcs for you. This works in ViaCAD via File > Change Object Type > Curves. Instead of creating curves, it converts them into lines and arcs. If you simply open the DXF using the Open function in ViaCAD, it will be imported incorrectly. This seems to be a bug in version 15. Therefore, always use the Import function with the correctly set unit to check it.

Maybe your export is not working well. Be sure to have export in mm.
