We've updated the V14 builds for ViaCAD, SharkCAD, and TurboCAD Mac to build 1654.
These builds can be downloaded at :
http://www.masterviacad.com/beta/beta.php Build 1654 Change Log --Issue printing to PDF and blurry or double lines
--Crash correction on some machines regarding unknown file types
--Crash correction for exploding very large assemblies
--Correction with clash analysis tool and results
I'm also adding a few more beta users to test V15. Currently it is the TurboCAD Mac brand which supports reading/writing ViaCAD and Shark files.
If you are interested please send me an email at Tim.olson AT encore.com. You must be a current user of V14.
V15 has a collection of enhancements plus the addition of Copilot which allows you to talk to documents or talk to your cad data.
For a video of Copilot see the link below:

When I load some files that were created with the previous version (1653), Viacad crashes.
Only a file which contains a simple sketch (2D) is loading.

will there be a fix for the undo feature or is this even a known problem ? When I hit undo I often lose most of my solids in this version 14

Undo has been allways a time bomb. You never know what happens. But.. we talk about v15 with AI... Cool...

The old old versions were bad for it but that seemed resolved for at least few of the versions . I don't want to disrespect the work that goes into a software like this but I fail to see why I keep upgrading only to find myself using an old version (v8) ?

I am using WIP 1641 mostly. It works about the best I've seen ViaCad pro work which is pretty awesome. Every once in a while it will freeze up or something, but mostly it has been nice. If I do have trouble with a particular file, I will switch to the latest WIP which usually resolves my issue.

Hello Gierosek,
We can unbend ... only what we have bent before, using history in entities explorer...
It's easy to unfold simple solids after converting to surfaces, and re-build flat volumes from the surfaces.
We need more information about what kind of solid you want to unfold...

For example, the design of an excavator bucket. The bottom is bent on a press brake several or a dozen times to obtain the appropriate shape.

Positive it’s not working. All settings are correct in the fields. I rolled back the another version of Viacad 14 and it works perfectly on this version.

                Hello.
I tested a bit and you can unbend the solids in history, but you can't unbend them to 0 degrees. Minimum 0.001st.
The second issue is the problem with parametricity - when you try to change the angles, the solid falls apart. (Model parametr error)
The only way is to undo the bending in history.
But what if we want to change the angle and the block falls apart?

And you don't need a K-factor? It's pointless to try the bending function in SharkViacad at all. Your files are being blocked by my antivirus program. BricsCAD has a sheet metal unfolding function. SharkCAD Pro also does not offer usable options for sheet metal unfolding.

I've only tested this on macOS, but I had no issues, and I did edit in the Inspector as well to double check, but sorry all worked for me.

I must say that SharCad pro V14 builds 1645, 1653, and 1654 are unusable on macOS Sonoma, lot of crashes, render lines vanished ( they just disappear from the screen), damaged files, jumping screen (a lot)
