Hello,
a demo for my problem or limitation to SharkFX.
The object (diamond) twist on the guide line.
It would be nice if Tim could implement a function of constraint guide to the normal of the surface

                Antoine, your task is very specific for a general purpose design program. Can you use a mesh copy of your surface to define the surface normals, place one copy of your jewel at each latitude, then rotate/copy each about the axis, or rotate/copy all and delete those you don't require? I'm using VC3D, but Nick's movie about alignment with Shark makes me sure that the alignment tools in Shark would work fine with the facets of a mesh.

                hello,
merci zumer.
I need a very precise positioning
but...

it's not just diamonds that need to be perpendicular to the face ...
should I show you examples of using this design?
here's a phone! :eek::eek:

merci merci merci!!!:D
Hurray!
Finally, after long years of waiting ... SharkFX V7 is finally able to distribute items to normal surfaces.
