In some situations it would be very helpful to see whereto an elements belongs.

Clicking a part we can see all parents in concept explorer. Clicking a part and clicking show parents all parents are shown. If layers are visible.
This forces us to have a clean organized layer structure but in some cases you have a lot of layers and you have also some elements which you did not organize well.

It would be very helpful to get a functions like"show parents" named "show childs". Could also be a function in concept explorer which shows history and linked element of a part but not on single geometry elements.
What do you think?

I see what you are saying. I think that would be great. I am even thinking we need to have an option to place a P on the parents and a C on the child parts. Maybe even highlight the parents a different color than the children parts. That way all are still showing so the modifications made are seen throughout. Right now it is impossible to tell the parents and children apart, and I always accidentally modify the child instead of the parent.
