In adding fillets and chamfers is is very useful to have a part in transparency view shading.
Can we have a function to toggle quickly between transparency and non-transparency?
Or is it available anyhow? Have not found it yet.

Best regards , Lutz

Yes, this is what we use permanently.

But this does not work quick enough for me.

I use

Pick Objekt > right click > transparency

or

Pick Object > Inspector > Display > Apply

I have now set a shortcut to toggle very quick between gouraud shading and wire frame shading.
Works now for me, but applies to all objects, which ist a bit confusing while have a lot of detailed parts in wire frame.

There is a couple of options at the bottom of the main tool pallet to change to wireframe or dimmed hidden lines.

Can you bang it on a keyboard shortcut? I have a few set up with my space mouse. It has a few buttons on it which I have programmed (shortcuts) to regularly used things

I thought I posted a response but it disappeared. Anyway, yes you can go to the Render commands in the Shortcuts. There are options there to assign a key to toggle between wireframe and a shading type.

I have set a lot of short cuts to f.e. show hide functions and various standard views. This makes me very fast in view manipulation.
Now i have set an additional short cut to toggle quickly between my standard render mode "Gouraud with edges" and "wireframe".
What i would love ist to have a quicker possibility to add or remove transparency on a specific parts.

Nice to have...
