Can no longer print from Viacad Pro 11

I'm using Viacad Pro v11 and Windows 7 and can no longer print from Viacad Pro. It used to work just fine but now crashes after trying to print anything to any printer.
After setting up the printer, when I go to print I see this dialog box where there used to be a bunch of printing choices. Now it's blank and clicking any option in that box causes a crash and I have to force quit Viacad.
Ideas? I've reinstalled Viacad already and no change.

Which build of ViaCAD Pro 11 do you use? At time is the Build 1430_EDR available. If you need this i can send you a link via PM.

That might help. I'm running 11.0.0 build 1417. I sure wish Viacad saw more service releases. They are rare to nonexistent IME. Thanks for your help.

Build 1430 still suffers from the printing issue. I've emptied the print spooler, restarted the spooling service, restarted the system after each step and have reinstalled Viacad a few times now, as well as updated the pdf print programs I use. No luck. I'll keep digging and report back. Any other ideas are welcome! Thanks so much for the updated Viacad program.

Sorry, the update was maybe not necessary. I have never seen this issue before. What happens when you change the standard printer? What happens when you change the "Print Setup" and the "Page Layout"?
If nothing help, please call the support team.

I would not pass up the opportunity to update Viacad, surely there are some bug fixes in place. Thanks again for that.
I've run through every permutation you can imagine with print setup and layout and no matter what I try the program reports that no printers are available. I've done some more work on the Windows side as well but no luck yet. I've run sfc/ scannow to check for disk errors, as was suggested as a cure to Windows stop error code 0x00000106, which I saw one time only, thus far, and that didn't help as there were no disk errors reported.
I did export my project as a .dxf and opened that in Rhino and was able to print just fine. Next thing to try is another computer to see what happens. I'll report back. I'll also try tech support when I have time, thanks for the suggestions.
I still need to run a registry check as well..

This is strange. ViaCAD is a C++ Software. Maybe you can install the All in One Runtimes
https://www.sereby.org/ and it will work again.

Is v1430 general release?
Interestingly enough, just recently I was running latest Win10Prof (v1809) then had done the update to Win10Prof v1903. After the update to v1903 my VC v11 build 1417 started and said I was running trial (have no key). Hmmm, it was working prior to the OS update and I have valid VC v11 key. I did re-enter my key and it seems fine, but something in Win OS updates had caused an issue.
I also notice some odd stuff working in VC 11. A simple line draw, VC would display the dimensions up above in about realtime, meaning if I stake the start of a line then use my mouse to move the endpoint around, the measurements shown above would just count/change in realtime, but now those dimensions lag way behind movement, appear to only update every 0.5 to 1sec.

Hi I had the same thing and I also had start up crashes after windows upgrade. I ended up on a chat with Microsoft and their solutions were rubbish, I ended up uninstalling the update, using the advanced recovery and then staying put. Even when I told Microsoft people are getting annoyed with having to reset my license all the time, they weren't bothered. They go so far with troubleshooting then say "how does a clean install sound" errrrrr..... Sounds no good!

I was hoping the Punch! folks ran into the same issue and had done some investigating, but I don't see any posts about it.
MS support for the non high paying enterprise customers is basically crap.
Maybe play around with the rendering settings (DirectX vs OpenGL), or maybe try to reinstall VC. These are my next steps to try.
More observations:
The XYZ coord data appears to change in realtime when stretching a line out.
When I open an example and move or rotate the object, it does so just fine.
