Opening up SharkCad Pro VX v11 Build 1435, and entering in the registration info, and hitting the Activate button, I’m presented with this weird little dialog box stating “Unable to save registration info for sysprefs.” When I quit the program then restart it, that same dialog box comes up, and I click on the radio button, and the program opens up to a new sheet. Any ideas?

maybe you need running it as admin.

Can you type it in the the system prefs yourself? I do remember finding that file whilst looking for other things.

@MPSchmied: Thanks for that idea. Thought of that with Todd, and I have access to Library, Application Support, etc.

Thanks @UGMENTALCASE, that might be worth a shot. How do I go about doing that?

Can't remember exactly where the file is I'll have to have a good look again. Check c:/user/app data/local.... And there's a few in the punch folder there. Not sure if this one is in there. I'll check and see.

Thanks UGMENTLCASE, however please keep in mind I'm on a Mac and not a Windows PC so our directories will probably be quite a bit different.

This is the windows link, but I'd imagine the file name is the same.
I use Notepad ++ which can run in admin mode, so if there's something similar on Mac? Otherwise, copy the file out, change it (save a back up copy) and then copy it back and overwrite

For Mac, I'd just use a
sudo nano (filepath/name)
in a terminal. But then I'm a commandline junkie.
