Hi all, I have a VC10 pro / W10 and I'm trying to create new materials. For an exemple I try to change a white plastic spark material to a dark grey, or create a carbon fabric material which are not available in the library and while I could open the Render Material Settings window and save one unusable test sample, there are a lot of parameters to deal with. The user guide help is silent about this (page409). Are there specific tutorials somewhere ? Another question is about the render to file. I could save a photo rendering picture but only whith the screen resolution, no option for a larger picture size or higher dpi resolution. is-it impossible ? is there a way to achieve this ? Thanks ! Michel

Hi Michel
I found a video showing how to add a custom material to the library that might help.
http://www.csi-concepts....erialToRenderLibrary.mov >>no option for a larger picture size or higher dpi resolution.
Unfortunately the ability to save to specific dpi resolutions is only in the SharkCAD product.
Tim
EDIT: Looks like it is also available in TurboCAD Mac Pro 11, checking if it should be also be available in ViaCAD Pro 11...
