Hi! I already have a hole on a solid object. Can I make a counter sink on it? I can use chamfer edge but I don't have all the mathematical information. For example: I have a hole which need a counter sink with a depth of 1.7mm and a diameter of 6mm. I don't know the angle. It becomes pretty complicated with the Chamfer. ( I'm a dummy in Math ). At the same time the Counter Sink Hole seems to work only on a closed surface. Do you kindly have another idea ? :D Thanks! Many Thanks! Have a nice day

You can download 3D models from McMaster-Carr, at no charge or registration,
for your dimensions.
As for the hole, remove it, and put in a new hole, or chamfer the
existing hole.
Larry
Use Remove Feature in Concept Explorer, to remove the hole.

Yep
Select the hole by clicking on the internal face of the hole
Go to Inspector -> Object properties ->Data and select countersink from the Hole Type menu

Hi! Thanks to all for your kind help. In the end I had to go for trials until I found the right angle ahahah I also tried the "inspector solution", it was the one I was searching for I think, but I wasn't able to select the internal face of the hole. I tried with normal selection and with deep selection but nothing, and the Object Properties in the Inspector was empty. I'm learning this software with joy, but sometimes the learning curve it's really steep. I take a lot of time to complete basic tasks.
