Morning all,

I've just checked between VC Pro and Shark and VC behaves but Shark does not. If I click in an open space so I can select 'new' standards in the inspector bar, I select text height 5. I then add a dimension to the drawing, and it now changes to 'USER....'
I've done the same thing in VC and it stays on the size I've selected.

When you change the Text Size, and the Dimension Tool is in your hand, the change will not stay. When you change the values when the Selection Tool in hand, the change stay for other dimensions.

Sorry, the previous posting is wrong.

When a dimension selected, the changed values do not stay for other dims, when nothing selected (isn't possible when a dimension tool in hand), the values stay for other dimensions.

The Inspector has a visual indicator if you are applying the change to selected or setting attributes for newly created objects.

Selected ---Setting applies to only selected objects.
New -- Setting applies to newly created objects

Hi Tim,

Yes this is what I was doing. Making sure nothing was selected. I'll test again.

Cheers
