First let me say I am a beginner in using ViaCad. This is my problem. In my drawing I am trying to measure for a 1/16" gap, but ViaCad will only shows the " symbol and no text; however when I measure for 1/8" it shows 1/8" correctly. Any suggestions with this situation.

Hello

Are you referring to adding dimensions? Can you post a picture or explain what type of dimension ie vertical horizontial?

Also are you MAC or PC and what version an build are you using? The Help menu about will give you the version and build number.
