It's unavoidable. Usually it is the duty of the moderator to clean up the forum. I suspect that the owners of the forum are not able to review the forum daily. This forum is not big. I do not think it would be a lot of work.

Agree Surely this duty can be devolved to one of the most active users ! It's sad to see it like this

More likely to be a time zone issue....

Again. Forum is an important component of promotion. Nice and lively forum is a sign of a successful and developing software.
Below is the screenshot of the punchsoftware forum. It does not look convincing. I would not spend money for such software. It was an example. ;)
