creating a solid from a non-planar surface

looking for help or ideas on how to create a solid from a
non-planar surface.... the attached collage shows the current geometry. I can draw the desired "surface" with a two rail sweep of a line but can't for the life of me see the path forward to a solid.............

found the thicken tool; all's well!!

Art Well found !! FYI - Extrude by distance will not work with a non-planar surface However - Extrude by Vector will work No idea why these should be different, but they are Jol
