This is the first time I needed to use Catia v5 format.
The file exports but in this instance the export saved some removed features not the actual part.

I Exported the .sfx as CatiaV4 and Imported in Inventor, works fine.
Exported as CatiaV5 from Inventor, Imported in Shark10 PC works fine.
Will try to attach as .sfx, but file is large. Will also try Zipx.
If forum doesn't upload Zipx, I will add .zip, just remove it.

Unfortunately your zipx.zip unpacks a 0 byte file.
Mostly my post was to query why the Catia v5 export might produce unexpected results.
Exporting step, then re-importing the file back into SharkCAD allows me to export again as CATpart.
Not ideal for larger more complex files. Hopefully Tim will shed some light on this.

Also my apologies for being a bit unclear in my original post...
The sfx file is actually my working file, which I am trying to send as a v5 CATpart
In doing so I noticed unexpected behavior in that features I had removed got exported but the geometry that was needed was removed from the file.
The difference between the two files I posted is that the sfx file contains the turbine blade and the CATpart contains the strut features I removed. I'm sure this is not how Catia v5 export is supposed to work.
