The dynamic rotate tool is a nice tool when using with alt and left mouse button while using another tool like the Single Line Tool for example. But if you have the idea to change the rotating midpoint with Alt and Ctrl while drawing a line, the line will be finished at the new midpoint. Thats not good and imo no feature.

There are 3 ways for rotating the view, the navigator, the Dynamic Rotate Tool and the 3dconnexion. With the navigator is changing the midpoint while drawing no problem. With the Dynamic Rotate works it not correct and the 3dconnexion use only the midpoint of selected items.

Why is not the Mousepointer and the actual snap point automatically the midpoint while drawing or working something else on the project?

This is maybe also a suggestion, but for the Dynamic Rotate Tool is it imo a Bug.

Solution> I made it wrong. To change the midpoint while drawing just keep the the right mouse button alt and ctrl, click at the new midpoint and turn the item and finish drawing. My fault was, i have the right mousebutton released while click at the new midpoint.
