The export of the 2D derivation works only properly when the 2D Sheet scale are 1. When it scaled will the original size of the draft destroyed. The scaled size = original size, Thats really not good. Please fix this problem if u find time in next release. I need the 2D Sheet export to work with it in other programs or give it out for laser cutting. Items which bigger than A0 are everytime scaled in the 2D Sheet. This mean its not possible to use just the scale 1:1 for the export.
When making model to sheet without draw views are the original size also in Shark wrong. It´s then not possible to create correct dimensions.

This is working as it supposed to the model to sheet tool is to create draw views that fit into templates by scaling the views. These are for representation in paper not export as 1:1 if objects are too large.

You can create a single draw view and copy and paste the geometry into a single view and orient view at 1:1 scale and flatten the view for export.

but i dont know how to create a new draw view. Just using the Draw View button create unusabele draw views.
Edit:
Now i find out now how to create a new draw view. This is only possible in the ortho top view, the same is used in the sheet layer. But it's also possible to make the draw view bigger after using model to sheet.

A single draw view can have any view you select in the draw view options. So a single draw view can be set at 1:1 and any view 2d or 3d.

Below is link to several videos regarding the new layer Draw View introduced in V10. Not sure if this will help in your particular example, but may provide more insight into what you can do with a draw view.

But a model to sheet without paper with a endless paper for 100% 1:1 draw views will be very nice. Scaling with the page layout are enough. The most time i don't use the paper frame. And the most time i print with another program because also super fine resolution drawing circles or curves only with polylines.
The Best fit option works not good. The scale are very much to small, the spaces are to big, the space is not good used. The changing of the dimension size works not properly. The lines are to thick (0.5 mm). That's also a reason why i was a little bit scared that the beta time finished.
