Hello,

I am working on letters to cut on my plasma machine. When I took the font and changed the object type to lines I realized the letters are now choppy verses a nice curve to some of the letters. Is there a way to add points to the curve to make it more of a semi circle than solid lines?

I have attached a picture to show what I mean. I am just learning this program and letters are my biggest struggle:)

missing points

Any advice would be fantastic.

Hello Jenn

I would try the following

Convert text to curves

Use the join curve tool set the tolerance - Join the curved sections of the letter not straight sections

Then use the arcs from curve tool to change this joined spline to arcs
